Removing The Comfort Liner Components

Most KBC helmets feature a removable and washable interior lining and have the option for the addition of different size cheek pads (see your local dealer)

To remove the comfort liner: Remove lower neck trim first, cheek pads second and remaining inner lining last.
When replacing lining, fit parts in reverse order.

The comfort liner fits in two recessed areas in the upper front and lower rear of the helmet. Gently pull on the upper left or right corner of the liner and pull it out past the plastic retention piece. Repeat this process on the lower rear section to completely free the comfort liner. Reverse this procedure to reattach the comfort liner.
